    Shirley recently attended the 2022 Future Stars Event. He was solid once again in the field goal charting portion of camp by scoring 7 points. He has excellent control of his approach and his swing into the football. He has compact approach to the ball, and he controls his ball/foot contact well. He scored a big ball of 57 yards with 3.25 seconds of hang time. Shirley attended the 2021 Kohl's December Southern Showcase. He showed excellent command of his ball striking and flight on his football during the drill work portion of camp and he was able to chart 8 points on the field goal grid.

    Being a Kohl’s Coach for over ten years, the one thing I hear the most from athletes is talk of their star rating & ranking and what they want to achieve, especially during the Showcase season. But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
