Kohl's Comments

Chapeau recently competed at the 2023 Southern Spring Showcase. He scored 10 points on field goals, 108.6 points on kick-offs, and 99.8 points on punts. His drill work was better than his charts and his upside is at the D1 level. At the 2023 Underclassman Challenge, he scored 105.16 points on punts, 11 points on field goals, and 103.3 points on kick-offs. At Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase, he had a strong showing at the event in all three categories and proved to be one of the better combo prospects in his class. He scored 10 points in field goal charting and was able to connect on a big ball of 67 yards with 3.71 seconds of hang time on a kick-off. In the punting portion of camp, his biggest charted punt was 56 yards with 4.31 seconds of hang time. He has excellent talent and will be fun to watch develop and compete in the next 6 months.
