Smith recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Showcase. He tallied 13 points on the field goals. During the kickoff charting, Smith ended up with an overall score of 95.35. He had a big ball of 66 yards with a hang time of 3.51 seconds. During the punt charting, Smith had a big ball of 49 yards with a hang time of 3.98 seconds. Smith had a strong showing at his first Kohl's ranking camp, the 2023 March event. He was excellent with his ball striking on field goals and scored 9 points at the camp. He flashed above average leg speed as well and connected with a big ball of 67 yards with 3.34 seconds of hang time in the kickoff charting. He has excellent tools to become a college level prospect.
