Kohl's Comments

Ahern recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He showed improved command of his field goal striking and increased leg speed at the event. He scored a combined 18 points on field goals at the event. His overall score on kickoffs at camp was 98.62 with a big ball of 65 yards with 3.79 seconds of hang time. Ahern competed in May of 2023 and scored 9/15 points on field goals and 97.15 points on kick-offs. He also graded out at the 3.5-star level as a punter. He showed some exciting moments throughout the 2022 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase Camp. He showed consistency throughout the kickoff charting, finishing with an average score of 92.85 points while adding in 10 points during the field goal session. He also had a big ball during the punting portion of camp of 43 yards with 4.01 seconds of hang time.
