Kohl's Comments

Irwin had another strong showing during the Kohl's Winter Showcase in December 2022. During the field goal charting, he displayed tremendous consistency with his technique and scored an impressive 14 out of 15 total points. His big ball on kickoffs for the session was 66 yards with 3.62 seconds of hang time and hit three other kicks over 60+ yards. During the punt charting, he showed his leg strength with averaging nearly 40 yards per punt. Irwin had a great day overall and working to clean up the punt drop and leg swing will help bring his punt consistency even more. Irwin put together a strong showing during the 2022 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He scored 19 points during the field goal charting and added in a big ball of 70 yards with 3.91 seconds of hang time during the kickoffs. Irwin has a lot of raw power and as he gains more control over his contact position, he will see his "A" ball more consistently.
