Kohl's Comments

Karoglan recently attended the Kohl's Southern Winter Showcase in December 2022 where he charted in all three facets - field goals, kickoffs, and punting. He scored a total of 5 points in the field goal session and on kickoffs, he hit a big ball score of 92.8 points. Working on consistent contact for both types of kicks will improve the transfer of power and accuracy. During the punt charting, Karoglan hit several 40+ yard punts and demonstrated a good command of his body throughout the punts. With a continued focus on the fine details of his technique, Karoglan has the talent to be successful at the next level. Karoglan had another excellent showing at the 2022 Kohl's Spring Southern Showcase. He once again showed command and precision in his ball striking. He scored 12 points and was impressive during the drill work and evaluation portions of camp. His big ball on kickoffs was a 69-yard 3.5-second ball. His field goals are his strength and if he can get his kickoffs to the same level, there will be no stopping his development. His charting of punts was solid and he showed that he has the leg strength to be a combo prospect at the collegiate level.
