    Kohl's Comments

    Roney recently competed at the Kohl’s 2021 Winter Showcase event. He charted well on field goals with 7 points made and showed good consistency on all three disciplines at the event. Roney attended the 2021 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He competed in all three disciplines at the event and was able to showcase leg talent and strength in all three. He scored 11 points in the field goal charting and able to average 91.52 in his three kickoff charting sessions. During the punting session his best punt was a 40 yard 4.34 second ball.

    Recruiting Blog: Setting Goals-- Athletic, Academic & Recruiting

    Being a Kohl’s Coach for over ten years, the one thing I hear the most from athletes is talk of their star rating & ranking and what they want to achieve, especially during the Showcase season. But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
