Kohl's Comments

VanProoyen recently competed at the 2022 Kohl's Texas Showcase Camp. He is one of the better combo prospects in the class and has consistently showed excellent leg strength and "pop" on his kicks and punts. He scored 7 points in field goals, had a big ball of 69 yards with 3.74 seconds of hang on kickoffs and was able to connect on a big punt of 54 yards with 3.9 seconds of hang time. VanProoyen attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2022. He had a very impressive camp on all three disciplines and allowed us to see that he has the leg talent required to play at the next level on all three. He hit a 52-yard 4.59 second hang time punt, a 73-yard 3.7 second hang time kickoff, and made 19 points during the field goal charting phases of camp.
