Kohl's Comments

Powell had an excellent showing at the 2022 Kohl's Western Spring Showcase. He had one of the quicker legs at the event and was able to crush his kickoffs. His biggest charted Kickoff was a 73 yard 3.66 second blast. He scored 7 points in the field goal charting and displayed advanced leg speed throughout the event. He is talented and will be fun to watch develop the next 18 months.

Being a Kohl’s Coach for over ten years, the one thing I hear the most from athletes is talk of their star rating & ranking and what they want to achieve, especially during the Showcase season. But I wonder how many have thought about what it takes to achieve it and how to make it happen with their training? I am a big believer of setting high goals, laying out a detailed plan and doing everything in my power to try and achieve them.
