    Kohl's Comments

    Simmons recently competed at the Kohl's Texas Showcase in May of 2022. He had an impressive overall camp on all three disciplines and is showing good development of his technique. With natural athletic growth over the upcoming year he will be ready to compete with athletes ranked ahead of him. Simmons had a solid showing at the 2022 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational. He was improved with his ball striking and was able to chart 7 points in the field goal portion of camp. He flashed a fast leg as well and was able to chart a big ball of 60 yards with 3.70 seconds of hang time. Simmons put together a solid performance while competing at the 2021 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase. He showed consistent and smooth technique during the field goal drill work and he followed that up with an average kickoff score of 94.60 points.
