Kohl's Comments

Simmons attended the 2023 Kohl's National Scholarship Camp. He competed in all three disciplines once again and was able to chart some excellent kicks. He scored a combined total of 17 points in the field goal charting and had an overall score of 92.58 points on his kickoffs. His punts were his strength again and he was able to connect with a big ball of 51 yards with 4.36 seconds of hangtime. His overall punt score at camp was 93.01. Simmons competed at a 2023 May Showcase Camp and scored 97.4 points in punting, 7 points on field goals, and 88.8 points on kick-offs. His punting is currently ahead of his kicking. At Kohl's Future Stars Event, he showed solid refinement in his ball striking and his coordination at camp.
