Kohl's Comments

Schaefer recently competed at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2022. He hit a 67-yard 3.41 second hang time kickoff which showed us that he has the leg strength required to be a dominant specialist at the next level. Schaefer followed up his strong showing this Decemeber with another good effort at the 2022 Kohl's Future Stars Invitational Camp. He charted a big ball of 57 yards with 3.56 seconds of hang time and was able to score 5 points in the field goal charting portion of camp. Schaefer put together a strong performance while attending the 2021 Kohl’s Texas Showcase. He scored 6 points on the field goal grid while adding in a 61-yard kickoff with 3.46 seconds of hang time, his best of the camp. Schaefer is a promising young athlete who has only begun to scratch the surface of his true potential!
