Knott recently competed at the 2023 Kohl's Eastern Spring Showcase. He improved his rating to a 3.5 star showing the improvement he has made. Knott scored 5 points on the field goal charting. His big ball in the kicking portion was a 60 yard 3.34 seconds kickoff. Knott competed at the 2022 Kohl's Eastern Winter Showcase Camp. He flashed clean ball striking in the drill work portion of camp. He charted both field goals and kickoffs at the event. During the charting portion of field goals, he scored 2 points and his biggest kickoff connected on was a 43 yard 2.37 second ball. He has flashed his potential but could work on the consistency by focusing on the fundamentals and building his leg strength.
