Kohl's Comments

Silvestri recently attended the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp in July of 2022. He had multiple 50+ yard punts during the charting phase of camp and showed us that he has the leg talent required to be a high level kickoff/punter specialist at the next level. Silvestri competed at the Kohl's Texas and Southern Showcases in May of 2022. He hit some next level kickoffs at the event with a 72-yard 3.85 second hit and is becoming a top punter/kickoff specialist. He also hit multiple 50+yard punts at the southern showcase. Silvestri showed off a great combination of power and consistency at the 2021 Kohl’s Texas Winter Showcase. He finished with an average of 44.63 yards and a hang time of 3.95 seconds on punts, hitting multiple over 45+ yards. Silvestri has continued to improve at each camp and will be an exciting prospect to watch in the class of 2023. Silvestri attended his first Kohl's Showcase camp at the 2021 Kohl's Spring Texas Showcase. He was able to hit multiple punts over 45 yards, with a big ball of 57 yards with a hang time of 3.55 seconds. Silvestri showed great leg strength in his punting and as he learns to power his body up and through ball contact, he will see better timing on contact to help him utilize his power.
