Grower participated in the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Camp. He connected on 4 field goals and earned a kickoff score of 98.90, with his best ball traveling 69 yards and a hang time of 3.15 seconds. In addition to his kicking performance, Grower earned a punt score of 97.19. His "A" ball punt traveled 50 yards with a hang time of 3.85 seconds. Grower showcased great ability in multiple facets of the kicking game and has the tools to continue developing into a standout specialist. Grower had an excellent showing for his first ranking event at the 2024 Kohl's Texas Winter Showcase. He competed in all three disciplines and flashed above average leg speed and coordination at camp. His score on kickoffs was 101.30 which includes a big ball of 67 yards with 3.59 seconds of hang time. He scored 6 points in the field goal charting and produced some excellent strikes in the drill work portion of camp. During the punt phase of camp he connected with a big ball of 48 yards with 4.21 seconds of hang time. His overall score was 94.14 in the traditional pocket punting. He also showed excellent lateral movement in the rollout punts and scored 10 points.
