Kohl's Comments

Kontos had a solid camp at the 2021 Kohl's National Scholarship event. He has worked hard on his punts and he was able to show some major improvements. His kickoffs and field goals were solid and he was able to chart 21 points in the field goal portion along with averaging 97.77 over the course of his three kickoff charting sessions. He scored points in the roll-out punting portion of camp and was able to average a score of 91 on his three punting sessions. Kontos attended the 2020 Kohl's Winter Showcase and the Future Stars where had some very strong moments between the 2 camps. He showed some good leg strength on KO's, with his best ball being a 63 yard, 3.25 second hang time kick. Kontos has continued to develop and will see his kicks continue to improve as he works to control his upper body through the kick.
