Kohl's Comments

Starmer has been the picture of consistency for many years. He snaps the same ball every time and is easily one of the easiest snaps to handle. Starmer has polished mechanics and scored on 10 of his 12 long snaps during the charting portion of camp. He will see his snap times continue to improve as he drives his head and chest to his target along with keeping his hands fast.
