Kohl's Comments

McCoy competed at the 2025 Kohl's Future Stars Camp and showed steady potential in his performance. He converted 3 field goals and achieved an 84.95 kickoff score, with his standout ball traveling 54 yards and a 3.16-second hang time. Continued work on overall strength and consistency will help McCoy take the next step in his development. McCoy came out to the 2024 Kohl's Midwest Showcase Camp in December. He scored 2 points on field goals and connected nicely on a few reps during drill work. McCoy scored 91.30 points on kickoff charting. His best kickoff was a 55-yard kickoff with 3.84 seconds of hang time. Hard work on leg speed and strength in the weight room will bear fruit in McCoy's development.
